For the USA Honda already sells the Honda MSX 125 as the Honda Grom 125, and I doubt that they would willingly help creating a parallel import market.

Currently Honda motorcycles Australia doesn't sell the Honda MSX 125 / Grom 125, but that can change quickly as the model seems to get popular.

You can try to contact APHonda but I would not get my hopes up that they actually going to reply on any email.
