Ohlins Steering Dampers Recall - Motorcycle Thailand

Ohlins has issued recalls on a selection of steering dampers that have applications for the BMW S1000RR and the R1200R models. The steering brackets of the dampers could crack, causing the steering to lack at low speed.

If BMW Thailand didn't contact you, you are advised to contact them to check if your motorcycle has a faulty steering damper. If you have bought a Ohlins steering damper from outside Thailand you're advised to contact the Ohlins sales office nearest to you,
