Yes, the Fly GlowRider motorcycle jacket is US$ 270 (what is about 8370 THB, what will probably be 10,000 THB in Thailand), for this you get a motorcycle jacket what glows in the dark, and is standard equipped with CE-approved armor.

Not much motorcycle jackets will be cheaper while offering less protection...

If the Gloverider jacket costs 10000 bht in Thailand it is not that expensive, I bought not so long ago a Kushitani Edge Mesh Jacket in Bangkok for 11,500 bht which has no protective armor.
