Hello I have downloaded the Lifan LF200GY-5 user manual, as I would like to change the engine oil, but I cannot see the picture (Drain Plug fig. 23 on page 10) very clear and I need some help locating it.

Yes, some pictures seem indeed a bit hard to get a clear idea what they mean. Anyway, the oil drain plug is under the engine.

We have attached a more clear picture, be aware that some Lifan LF200GY-5 models are standard delivered without an engine skid-plate..

The shiny nut, on the left side of the engine, next to the gear shift lever is where you find the oil filter/screen (be careful when the nut comes off there's a spring behind it....

The Lifan LF200GY-5 oil filter should look like this when you take it out...
