I was informed that Tiger Motor has stopped the production of the Boxer 250 RS and the new Boxer 250 EFI

Anybody know what happened or when they start production again?

If it's true, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, manufacturers stop production lines often to do maintenance on the machines or keeping production in balance with market demand...

According to the Tiger Motorcycle website the Boxer 200R is still in production. Also they have now a Tiger F4 150. But no 250cc Boxer, maybe you need to contact Tiger Motorcycle to get more details...
