Hello, I have bought the 170cc dohc kit from akunar and have already put together the parts. One of the few remaining things is the fuel |

I'll pay if necessary if someone could go down to a dyno and get the files if they have it. Tt would also be helpful if anyone here has a 150cc fuel mapping. |

you can also order a simpler version piggyback, you adjust the low, mid and top rpm through 3 knobs just like carbs, and adjust ignition timing too if you want, ask akunar about api piggyback |

The official website of API TEch is http://www.apitechonline.com (not much English but you get the idea what they sell and what products they have). |

Its a CBR125 converted to 170cc dohc and race cams. I have already bought the PCV so I wont buy something else. There gotta be somebody else which have mapped this conversion before me right??? I'll guess I have to send it to a dyno... |

there is a guy here http://motorsport.sportisi.com/category ... -products/ that made a file but for cbr 150, if you really want performance and piece of mind though, have it dynoed |

I have bought the PCV and Autotune. Since the bike has a IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) I can't adjust the fuel at idle. The bikes runs at idle when its cold, so my theory is that ECU changes the fuel injection at different temperatures. Since my autotune runs perfectly at 2-5% throttle would it be possible to change the throttle so when its actually at 0 its at 5%? Do you think buying a CBR150 throttle body would help? |

The Keihin carburetors for the Honda CBR150R had a hidden idle adjustment screw, it's very likely that the Keihin throttle body follows the same idea. |

I have adjusted the throttle now. It runs at idle but I have to twist the throttle while holding in the electric starter. Do you think that is about how close it can get? |

I've just read the manual, it appears that the CBR150 is about 200 rpm higher at idle than the CBR125. I am thinking of getting the CBR150 ECU and cbr150 injector. How much does those cost, and where should I get it? |

did you try to remove the o2 sensor lambda, since you have autotune there is no need for the o2 sensor. |
