Suzuki has said that it is enforcing eight non-operating days at its Sagara vehicle assembly plant and its corresponding engine line; while the Iwata plant, which manufactures some motorcycle engines, and the related engine line at Sagara will be closed for seven days.
Suzuki has said that its Toyokawa, Takasuka and Osuka plants will see three non-operating days in February 2009.

There are no scheduled plans for non-operating days at the manufacturing locations in Thailand.
