Dovizioso riding a Ducati won the Italian MotoGP, race on Sunday!

He now moves to second place in the championship.

It didn’t really surprised anybody that a Ducati would win the Mugello Grand Prix, the Ducati GP17 is the most powerful GP bike in the grid for the last few years. But when it comes to turns and acceleration out of corners and general handling the Ducati is a few tweaks behind the rest of the grid…

The Italian Mugello Circuit has a few long straights (Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello) that is beneficial for a motorcycle with more performance...

The Honda’s where burning the front tire rubber to try to keep up, and the Yamaha’s just missed that few horsepower to compete on the straights...
