Small children are now banned from riding pillion on motorcycles and scooter in the Philippines unless they can reach the footpegs, get their arms around the rider, and wear a motorcycle helmet.

The strict new rules also limits the number of people allowed on a motorcycle or scooter to two persons.

Will this ever be enforced in Thailand, in Thailand we already have similar rules but nobody seems to care…
