I have problem with the carburator flowing over when the bike has stand on the side stand for some time. When I raise the bike it start to flow from the overflow pipe. I have a new float and needle and have bent the tab on the float so I do not have to high level in the float cup.

I have also change the fuel tap so it do not leak.

Any one have a clue what is wrong?

And do any one have a work shop manual for this Kawaskai Kaze ZX130 I would be most greatful.

Hello Danne,

Sorry we cannot share the work shop / service manual with you, Kawasaki Thailand informed use that the Kawasaki ZX130 is still an actual sales and service product and we’re cannot intervene.

But the carburetor used is a Keihin NCV24 and I guess you can use Google, or any search engine to get your service information and find all info you need…

Of course anybody else has any inside, info or tips please join ….
