I'm looking for a easy way to remove paint from engine parts and a motorcycle frame and parts. I tried to remove the paint from the engine parts with a metal brush but that also damage the surface.

Anybody has a better idea?

For sensitive parts that are difficult to clean we often use dry ice blasting also called CO2 Blast cleaning. It can remove any paint without damaging the surface metal.

It's also perfect to clean general motorcycle parts from paint and dirt, most paint removal chemicals need intensive cleaning after it has been used (and even after intense cleaning some traces of the chemical can sometimes be found in difficult to reach corners). With dry ice blasting you not have that problem after blasting all CO2 is evaporated and ready to be send to the painter...

More about dry ice blasting and a company that can do it for you look here www.freezco.com
