I would like to buy a Tiger Boxer motorcycle from the Tiger factory, but they cannot provide me with red plates, why is that?

I'm not exactly sure why the Tiger Factory has no red license plates (Thai temporary license plates) available, one idea is that the Tiger factory is not officially registered as a garage or dealership.

To apply for red license plates, I was told, at the Department of Land Transport a company needs to be a automotive dealership or a garage servicing automotive vehicles. Tiger Motorcycle is a manufacturer, so technically they would not be able to get red license plates.
