You not have to go for an old secondhand motorcycle to get the same feel as the Suzuki Van Van 90. GPX Thailand sells the GPX Demon, which is a 125cc, but has the same riding position as the Van Van 90 and also the same seat-height of 770mm. It has a 4-speed manual transmission.

The price of GPX Demon is just below 54,000 THB. It has high quality suspension made by YSS

You can also buy a GPX Country 125 and change the wheels to get a more genuine Suzuki Van Van 125 look....

Another good alternative is the Lifan Pony 100, it comes with a 100cc engine and 4-speed manual transmission and cost currently due to a promotion 38,900 THB. The seat height for the Lifan Pony 100 is 730mm.

If you want you can even go smaller with the Thai brand Stallion, they have the Stallion Gio 125, what is more a Monkey bike... the standard version comes with 4-speed manual transmission.and costs 38,800 THB (They also have semi-automatic clutch version which cost 3,000 THB more). Seat height for the Stallion Gio 125 is 700mm...

For the original motorcycle you requested, the Suzuki Van Van RV90, this model was never “officially” sold in Thailand, and sure some people maybe imported a few they're rare. The once that made it into Thailand are now in the hands of collectors or are so worn out that they ended up on the scrap metal yard. The original Suzuki Van Van 90 is from the mid-70s until early 90s, what is for motorcycles the stone age.

Even if you by any miracle find one, you have to remember that spare parts for the Suzuki Van Van 90 are hard to get, they need to be imported from Japan...

What about Honda MSX. OK it's about the same as your KSR but
does have a manual gearbox and there are lots of accessories .

Then there is the Suzuki GD110. It has a larger frame but the motor is
within your range.

There is even the GD 110 "Retro" cafe racer. If you like cool?

The problem here is finding a dealer!

The Suzuki GD110 is indeed a very nice motorcycle, it cost 39,990 THB (suggested retail price). We tested the latest version the Suzuki GD110HU in April and found it a pleasure to ride.

I would advice to seriously look at the Suzuki GS110, it doesn't cost much and is a good quality motorcycle, but it's maybe bigger than the OP wants…

The Honda MSX125 also a nice alternative, but almost cost 70,000 THB… Still being a Honda it's something you can and should look at.

Something that maybe disappoint people, the Suzuki GD110 sold in Thailand comes with front and rear drum brakes. Nothing bad about the brakes, they work perfect and stop the motorcycle fast enough to impress any disc brake lover.
