I am picking up a CB500X from Honda Bigwing in Bangkok in the next few days.
After seeing their quote for (which seemed high) Panniers, Top Boxes, mounting racks, crash guards, fog lights and a USB port, I thought I should find a place that sells and installs accessories.

Any ideas where I could take the bike in Bangkok to buy everything and have everything installed?

I'm not sure if Givi already has cases and luggage available for the Honda CB500X, but GIVI would be my first choice as they have a good name when it comes to quality.
