We trying to develop a fueling map adjusting system for the Honda CRF250L, but Honda doesn't reply our emails. We're looking for an electrical schema of the pgm-fi.

Does anybody who who we can contact for this information?

Truly unprofessional and contemptuous that Honda NEVER reply to emails; even simply worded ones.
Some things never change.

I also think it is truly unprofessional and contemptuous that some anonymous person at Honda will not give an anonymous person on a forum proprietary technical information that cost them thousands of dollars to develop. Deplorable conduct.

Doesn't matter what the subject matter is, Honda simply don't respond to emails even from Honda owners.
Pathetic.

David,

It may not matter what the subject is, the important thing is who the email was addressed to. Honda factory may not have a process for responding to "general" emails. Their first line of customer service would be the dealer network.

This happens a lot with large organizations as the amount of emails floating around is staggering.

If the information you require is valuable enough to you a personal visit to the factory may yield results.

I fully agree with Flying Squirrel, Thailand doesn't have an email culture like we see in Western countries, for that reason Honda Thailand has a telephonic 'Hotline' open for any consumer who want to contact them.

I'm not even aware that Honda Thailand (motorcycles) has a general email address. For emails we send, we get most of the time an adducted and timely response to the emails we send.

We made the system diagram for the PGM-FI used for the Honda CRF250L available. You can download the Honda CRF250L PGM-FI Diagram freely.

Be aware that this is the diagram for the Honda PGM-FI KZZA, which is the model used in Thailand in other countries and regions other it's possible that another model of the PGM-FI unit is used.

Well, the Hotline number eventually worked fine, once an English speaking gentleman was found.
No more emails; pay the money and call them!
Thanks guys.
