Honda will first, probably tomorrow, officially launch the Honda CRF250L which is similar like the Kawasaki KLX250... as being a road legal enduro machine.

Today is 'tomorrow' and I'm interested if the official Honda CRF250L launch actually occurred today.
Hope so.

Officially Honda launched the CRF250L on 10 January 2012 at a Bangkok dealer meeting, they told dealers that the Honda CRF250L would be available at the end of March, or early April. As the 33rd Bangkok International Motorshow is on the same date it's logic to assume that the Honda CRF250L will be available at the Honda booth at the motorshow.

Today was the official opening of the 33rd Bangkok International Motorshow, and today was the VIP day not much VIP's apparently where interested in Honda motorcycles as Honda was still very busy with it's booth.

VIP Day and Honda couldn't get it's act together enough to have their booth ready?
Amazing.

Very Important People (VIP) are not really interested in Honda Wave, Click or the latest PCX scooter so the VIP thing was more 4-wheel orientated started with Porsche, Bentley and Jaguar giving a presentation on the early afternoon. Than around 4 o'clock BMW started a presentation followed by Mini... amazingly Hyundai also did a presentation at the same time as Mini (what a organization).

5:30 it was Lotus followed by Lexus and with some speeding everybody was able to get about the last piece of the Lamborghini which was followed by Mercedes Benz... and Chevrolet ended the day...

You can buy them tomorrow, not sure how many Honda dealers will have stock (probably not many) and the official price will also be released tomorrow during the first public day of the 33rd Bangkok International Motorshow.

Honda will start stocking it's dealers at the beginning of MAY 2012, so we have to wait about 40 days before we have any real street prices. Honda today informed us that at this moment they have no price information. In the “afternoon” they will call back to explain the situation in more detail....

The sales of the Honda CRF250L will start in Thailand mid-April or the last week of April. Price still not made public....

Now 17:15 (Wed 28 March 2012) and Honda didn't call back when the Honda CRF250L will be officially available at the dealers and what the suggested retail price would be for the CRF250L.

Maybe I can use this as an excuse to post a few more Honda CRF250L pictures

And a probably fake picture of a supermotard style Honda CRF250L

I found on a Japanese website a HRC Honda PGM-FI Setting tool for the 2012 Honda CRF250L, not sure if it's real, but if it's it could make the difference between the Kawasaki KLX250 and the Honda CRF250L

Cannot be!! 310K is for the CRF250R surely!

By: news (offline)  Friday, 30 March 2012 @ 11:46 AM ICT

The 310,000 THB is for the Honda CRF250R, the CRF250R is a professional MX / Motocross motorcycle, the Honda CRF250L is a road legal enduro machine and will cost a lot less than the "R" model.

The Honda CRF250L will probably be around 130,000 THB, which was an educated guess of a Honda representative at the Bangkok International Motorshow. Actually, he said “if I have to give a price, I guess it would be 130,000 THB maybe 10,000 THB lower or Higher”.
