No the original, in America introduced Yamaha Vino is a motorcycle scooter with a 49cc or 125cc 4-stroke engine automatic transmission and smaller wheels.
To explain it better, the first picture is the USA Yamaha Vino and the second picture is the Thai Yamaha Fino
Ohh....I understand now and thank you very much. 
By the way I love a Yamaha Fino....
