I have no idea where you're located, but I would first try to locate a JRD dealer. I know one on Rama II road in Bangkok. But I'm sure that they have more dealers...
If you need a regulator identical to the picture, which is for a Honda GY6 (or copy) engine you have a few more options. Motorcycle companies like Tiger Motorcycle, a Gemcar also use the same regulator as you have in your picture.
Thanks Richard!
A good rectifier to use would be one from a Yamaha R1. This is reputed to be one of the best.
If the bike does not have a huge current demand you could use one from Honda CBR 150 they are not expensive and available at any Honda dealer.
I had a problem once on my NSR 250.
Most regulators are the same connection it is just the wire colours that maybe different from bike to bike. The wires that come from the stator are the same colour as they are AC sometimes yellow and then there are red and black +/- that go to the battery. With a little research you could sort out the wiring and use a local rectifier / regulator.
If you are in BKK you could drop by. I'll have a look this evening and see if I kept any info.
Sounds like your regulator is gone.
Rectifier/regulators if has 4 wires do these functions
Mag
battery
Light Load for regulator
ground
usually they are color coded
white - Mag connection
red - Battery + voltage
yellow - Lights (Usually ties in to taillights for regulator load
black - Frame ground
If you have a 4 wire rectifier/Regulator anyHonda / Yamaha will work. As stated Yamaha R1 is a really good replacement.

Another thought (afterthought) if system is dumping voltage.. try this.
! locate rectifier and find load wire. usually is yellow.
Disconnecrt it and then turn lights on.
If headlight and turn signals and Brake light work, then you have short in tail light. Yellow wire from heladlight runs clear to tail light and could have been pinched at headtube area. Good place to start looking.

HELP!
Anyone out there know where to get a regulator/rectifier for a JRD?(Looks like attatchment)
Mine is charging fine but its dumping all the direct AC for the Head and tail lights. So riding at night is a no no.
Any help would be much appreciated.
