BMW TVS Small Motorcycles 100 Percent German Developed
In a revealing interview BMW Motorrad president Stephan Schaller has said that the first product from its alliance with Indian TVS is going to be a 100 percent BMW engineering product.Everything, engine included, will be developed solely by the Germans, and TVS' role is to offer a cost-effective, high quality production base.
The motorcycle, codenamed K03 is set to have a sub-500cc engine – we suspect it will be a 350cc. TVS, of course, will use the same platform to also make and sell its own motorcycle.
